At TradeWinds Villas, we are committed to a clean and crime-free community. Each tenant is required to fill out an application where we review their rental history, criminal background, and employment history.
Lease Terms
We are now offering 1 year lease terms. If you need a different term, please inquire with a member of our staff.
Maintenance
We offer 24 hour emergency maintenance for our resident’s convenience. Normal non-emergency maintenance is taken care of between normal business hours Monday through Friday.

We are a pet-friendly community. Pets must be under 35 pounds, be over 6 months old, have all shots, must be approved by management and require an additional pet deposit and pet rent. Please inquire with our friendly staff for more information.

All of our apartments feature all-electric appliances, central air and heating. There are no gas bills, which will keep your bills low.
